Global Associates is proud to have two leaders from the corporate governance community on our
Board of Advisors. These seasoned professionals participate in the interview process,
candidate evaluation and referencing. They also act as an extension of our direct network
by referring qualified individuals into our search process. We work with them most actively on
Board of Director, CEO and CFO searches.

Richard Steinberg is founder and principal of Steinberg Governance Advisors, Inc., which provides
advisory services to directors at major companies. He was most recently a senior partner at
PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, and was its Corporate Governance Leader, responsible for design and
development of PwC's corporate governance program.
Mr. Steinberg is an internationally recognized expert on corporate governance, internal control and
enterprise risk management. He is widely published on governance issues. He has authored books, monographs
and articles in leading journals and is frequently quoted in the financial press – including
Business Week, Fortune, The Wall Street Journal, Investors Business Daily,
Reuters News and the Financial Times – and is an active speaker at major business
and professional conferences.

Jerry Arnold is a professor at the University of Southern California's School of Accounting
and has been a member of the USC faculty since 1979. He was a visiting professor of accounting
at the Wharton School during the 1988-1989 academic year and regularly teaches executive education
and professional development courses there. Dr. Arnold instructs SEC reporting and compliance courses
for the Big 4 professional services firms, and participates actively in SEC and private sector
conferences on the topics of SEC regulations and compliance and the implications on business.
During 1981, Dr. Arnold served as an academic fellow in the Office of the Chief Accountant of the
U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
Dr. Arnold is the founding director of the USC School of Accounting's SEC and Financial Reporting Institute
and continues to serve on its Executive Committee. He was a member of the American Institute of CPAs SEC Regulations Committee.
He was managing editor of Accounting Horizons and has published numerous research monographs,
as well as articles in such journals as the Harvard Business Review, the Journal of Accountancy,
and the Financial Executive. He holds a PhD from the University of Michigan.
